Sr. Growth Analyst Paid Acquisition (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Growth Analyst – Paid acquisition international (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position, which can be carried out completely remote within the UK or Germany, or at one of our office locations.

• Own and leverage data-based insights in performance marketing to drive growth in our international markets
• Perform proactive analyses on our paid channels, derive actional insights and suggest concrete improvement levers that drive growth
• Develop customer segments based on behaviours, preferences, and other relevant criteria to inform a more targeted performance marketing approach
• Analyse the impact of tests on key performance metrics and generate deep-dive analyses to communicate insights to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders
• Work closely cross-functional teams to inform steering and prioritisation of growth initiatives

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics role with a strong focus on growth, ideally from an e-commerce or high-volume B2B environment
• Degree in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence or another similar qualification with relevant practical experience, ideally from an e-commerce or B2C software/app environment
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and customer acquisition funnels
• Experience working within a data warehouse and navigating complex data landscapes involving different data sources and experience with working with PowerBI, SQL and ideally Python
• Curious mindset with a track record of independent data exploration and a drive for making actionable recommendations
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
