DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

• Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für IT-relevante Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
• Sie unterstützen die User bei allen IT Fragen serviceorientiert per Telefon und Remote
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Störungsaufnahme, -analyse, -behebung und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
• Sie arbeiten eng mit den Kollegen aus dem 2nd Level Support zusammen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sie konnten idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in Ihrem zukünftigen Aufgabenbereich sammeln
• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umfeld Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und -Standardapplikationen
• Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
• Sie sind kommunikationsstark und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
