Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative and operational matters of a coworking space with 14 tenants and more than 300 members

  • Be a Coworking Community Manager ensuring a great office culture for all tenants

  • Manage Reception Area; connect with colleagues and welcome guests, receive and distribute incoming packages and mail

  • Manage our event location by planning and hosting events, negotiating quotes and agreements and assisting with marketing

  • Provide general administrative support and work in collaboration with HR, Legal and Payroll departments

  • Support Germany Country Finance Manager as required

  • Develop and maintain the budget in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

  • Liaise with contractors and vendors by phone, email, and in person, in both English and German

  • Ensuring timely responses to local authorities when required

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as an Office Manager

  • Global Exposure: Significant experience working in a global environment

  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Office skills are essential for data analysis and reporting

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German is essential

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset is a must

  • Team Player: Service-oriented approach, collaborating seamlessly within a team to achieve collective goals

  • Office Based: This is a position that requires daily presence at our office in Berlin
