Your tasks
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and chat
  • General management of customer data
  • Advising customers on the optimization of targets
  • Supporting private and business customers via email and chat
  • Preparing marketing strategies and providing recommendations
Your skills
  • You have fluent language skills in English (CEFR at least B2-level) and French is your native language
  • You have great professional communication skills as well as soft skills
  • You are a service and customer oriented person
  • You have a technical affinity and solid PC skills
  • Ideally, you have experiences in B2B and marketing
You need a residence in Germany and a german work permit!
