- Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Entwicklung unserer datenbasierten Lösungen in den Business Centern
- Sicherstellung des Markterfolgs gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement
- Entwicklung der Produkte im Kontext von Condition Monitoring und Predictive Services für Maschinen als auch Smart Factories in einem übergreifenden Führungsteam
- Weiterentwicklung und Ausgestaltung des strategischen Portfolios in enger Abstimmung mit den fachlichen Bereichen und dem Führungsteam
- Koordination über das Portfolio-Backlog als fachliche Führungsrolle und Sicherstellung eines wertorientierten Handlungsrahmens
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) gegenüber Stakeholdern aus dem Wertstrom für produktbezogene Fragestellungen
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Domänenarchitekten zu einer nachhaltigen Produktarchitektur und aktives einbinden neuer Technologien wie KI in die Produkte
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und mindestens 2 Jahre fachliche Leadership Erfahrung
- Fundiertes Domänen-Knowhow im IoT-Umfeld und Data Analytics sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud Technologien
- Erfahrung in agilem Leadership und die Bereitschaft eine agile Zusammenarbeit zu etablieren
- Freude am Gestalten neuer Lösungswege
- Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und sichere Englischkenntnisse
