- Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in der Logistik umsetzen
- Möglichkeiten für Kapazitätsabgleich (Angebot vs. Nachfrage) schaffen
- Aufbau und Etablierung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) in der Logistik
- Planung des Hochlaufs in der Produktionslogistik sowie Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Übernahme logistischer Tätigkeiten von der Produktion
- Erarbeitung von Konzepten für die Explosivstoff-Logistik
- Unterstützung der Versandabteilung, vor allem für die Abwicklung großer Handelsgeschäfte im Munitionsbereich
- Überwachung und Dokumentation von Rechtspflichten
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktion und /oder Logistik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistikbereich mit zusätzlicher Meister -/Techniker-Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von logistischen Vorgängen
- Gute EDV- Kenntnisse (vor allem Microsoft Office)
- SAP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
- Branchenkenntnisse vorteilhaft
- Hohes Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis notwendig
- Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
