The Cascade Customer Service Team is on the front lines of ensuring that every Cascade customer is a happy and satisfied customer. We have two teams dedicated to Customer Service; our Customer Excellence team is in direct contact with heavy phone usage, and our E-Store Online team is primarily focused on electronic order logistics, both teams’ process orders from our awesome customers so they receive their much anticipated and needed shipments for their patients.


We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Remote Phone Team!

Work schedule depending upon your time zone - 7:30am-4:00pm PST (w/ 30 min. lunch), 8:30am-5:00pm MST, 9:30am-6:00pm CST, 10:30am-7:00pm EST

Duties & Responsibilities

Some responsibilities include;

  • Assist customers by phone, web order, chat and/or email.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquires via web, chat. e-mail & phone.
  • Input customer requests for return authorizations.
  • Utilize resources to obtain product specification information, be a seeker of information.
  • Order follow-up and tracking late or lost shipments.
  • Order and back order status updates.
  • Enter customer requests for return authorizations
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working in telephone customer service and/or online order logistics, assisting customers with order placement, returns, and problem resolution.

If you have amazing computer, organizational and writing skills, are super detail oriented and extremely thorough, then this is the job for you! A long history of winning awards for being a super employee is a definite bonus.

  • Must be currently located in U.S.
  • Prior remote phone customer service experience
  • Must be motivated, able to follow processes
  • Ability to learn and be problem solution oriented
  • Have great customer service skills and a teachable attitude as well as team oriented
  • Experience in orthotics and prosthetics is a plus, but not required
  • Must work designated time zone schedule - 7:30am-4:00pm PST (w/ 30 min. lunch), 8:30am-5:00pm MST, 9:30am-6:00pm CST, 10:30am-7:00pm EST
