Als Lotto-Bezirksstelle mit Sitz in Cham sind wir für die Betreuung von 160 Lotto-Annahmestellen in den Landkreisen Cham, Schwandorf, Regen, Deggendorf und Straubing-Bogen sowie der kreisfreien Stadt Straubing verantwortlich. Wir fungieren hierbei als Bindeglied zwischen der Staatlichen Lotterie- und Spielbankverwaltung in München und den Vertriebspartnern vor Ort.

Assistenz der Bezirksstellenleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
Auf Sie wartet eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im Innen- und Außendienst.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung der Vertriebspartner
- Beratung der Verkaufsstellen im Hinblick auf Produktpräsentation und Werbung
- Schulung der Vertriebspartner (Produktkenntnisse, Terminalgebrauch, Jugendschutz und Spielsuchtprävention)
- Durchführung von Testkäufen zur Sicherstellung des Jugend- und Spielerschutzes in den Vertriebsstellen
- Installation und Wartung der technischen Ausstattung in den Annahmestellen sowie Hilfestellung bei technischen Problemen
- Planung, Koordination und Unterstützung bei der wöchentlichen Belieferung der Annahmestellen
- Erstellung der wöchentlichen Abrechnung und Auswertung von Statistiken
- Planung und Umsetzung von Presse- und Marketingaktivitäten
- Korrespondenz und regelmäßige Information der Annahmestellen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Kenntnis der LOTTO-Produkte wünschenswert
- Sicheres Auftreten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Motivation und Eigeninitiative
- Teamgeist und soziale Kompetenz
- Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift und routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Führerschein Klasse B
