Wir produzieren nahezu alle unsere Stauden und Kräuter selbst, nach Bioland Gesichtspunkten und in hervorragender Qualität. Vermarkten tun wir den überwiegenden Teil unserer Pflanzen via Versand. Aufgaben Genau hierfür suchen wir eine Fachkraft mit fundierten Sortiments- und Vermehrungskenntnissen, die Spaß dran hat, koordinierend tätig zu sein, Mitarbeiter: innen und Auszubildende anzuleiten und natürlich auch selbst Hand anzulegen. Letzlich geht es darum festzulegen, was wann und in welcher Stückzahl vermehrt bzw. gesät werden muss, was wann und in welcher Stückzahl zu topfen ist. Dafür braucht es Erfahrung und organisatorisches Geschick, nicht nur draußen bei der gärtnerischen Arbeit, sondern auch beim Planen im Büro. Düngung und Pflanzenschutz nicht zu vergessen.
