Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Practice Optics (Average 10 Hours per Week): Lead peer interviews and clinical evaluations for incoming psychiatric and advanced practice nursing candidates. Performance Accountability & Concerns: Monitor clinical documentation timelines, quality benchmarks, and performance standards within the psychiatric network. Client Complaints & Escalations: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for complex client complaints or quality‑of‑care disputes. Clinical Coverage: Provide secondary medication reviews and refill support during peak volume, clinician time‑off, or offboarding transitions. Deliver high‑quality psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner to align with weekly payment tracking. Manage complex, inter‑session medication overrides, pharmacy issues, and urgent clinical escalations.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialty in Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oregon (or willingness to obtain via interstate compact/expedited pathways). Active, unrestricted DEA registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) access. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral health care using evidence‑based practices. Comfort and mastery navigating a streamlined, high‑efficiency outpatient clinical schedule. Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for contracting (currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ, or DE). Successful completion of a background check.

Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with a strong focus on clinical documentation and performance accountability.
