Über den Bereich

Der Bereich Cloud & Data Center Integration ist Bestandteil von IT Operations & Infrastructure. Für die gesamte Miele Gruppe werden, als Teil der zentralen IT, alle notwendigen Aufgaben im Bereich Data Center wahrgenommen. Das Team übernimmt den Betrieb der zentralen Rechenzentren, der verteilten zentralen Infrastrukturkomponenten und die Verantwortung des Infrastrukturbetriebs bei unseren Cloud-Providern.

Das ist die Aufgabe

• Verantwortung für Betrieb, Strategie Security und Compliance
• Entwickeln von stabilen, sicheren und flexiblen Rechenzentrumstechnologien
• Umsetzung von Projekten zur Modernisierung und Innovationen wie zum Beispiel die Unterstützung einer Cloudtransformation
• Beratung von internen Kunden zum Einsatz von Data Center-Technologien
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Extended Data Center Services & Platforms und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

Das überzeugt uns

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik, Elektrotechnik (oder verwandten Feldern) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien und Cloud-Integrationen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und/oder in der Leitung von Rechenzentren sowie erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise mit internationalen Teams
• Erfahrung mit Budgetverantwortung, Kostenoptimierung und strategischer Planung
• Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine selbständige, eigenverantwortliche sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
