Archery Strategy Consulting is an independent Top Management Consulting firm which was founded in 2013 in Paris, supporting Top Management in the Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Logistics, and Energy sectors.

This clear positioning enables Archery to offer executive level advisory and address a wide range of high stakes topics like strategic considerations, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, organizational performance, cost competitiveness, competitiveness by differentiation, products/services portfolio, and digital transformation.

Our German office, which was created in 2020, is looking for experienced strategy consultants to strengthen the German team.

🚀 Your mission as an Associate Project Manager

You will contribute to impactful missions and lead our teams in three dimensions:

• Project delivery: structure and manage complex consulting engagements with a strategic focus (growth, positioning, M&A, competitiveness, business capture, etc.)
• Team & client leadership: lead consultants on day-to-day work, foster client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-value recommendations.
• Firm development: contribute actively to business development, marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and the shaping of our office culture.

As part of our management team, your will take decisions in the areas of business development, marketing, and talent development which have a direct impact on the development of the company.

🧠 What we are looking for

·      You graduated from a Masters’ degree in economics or engineering or PHD

·      You have 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, ideally as a project manager.

·      You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      You are fluent in German and English (both required).

·      You are a team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

·      You are willing to travel inc. internationally
