This role will focus on:

Responsible for dealing with customers questions regarding the product technology; this is done via telephone, e-mail, web chat, etc Ensure they are fully supported both technically and commercially with the aim of growing the WMFTS Selection ofthe right pump andthe interpretation ofthe impulses with thehelp ofthe technical documents over ourpump Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Input ofdifferent processes like offers, confirmations oforder, notes ofdelivery and invoices in thesystem ERPPreparation of export/shipping documents

To be successful in this role, you will need: Completed technical apprenticeship or completed business apprenticeship with technical experience Proven work experience as a customer support specialist or customer support associate Good PC Skills with ERP/CRM - Systems, MS-Office package and web-based tools Assertiveness Team Skills Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills (business customer oriented, organization, business culture) Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner Technical affinity desirable At Watson-Marlow, we believe in taking care of our colleagues.
