Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping and communicating the spaciv brand. This is a unique opportunity to build our marketing function from the ground up—crafting how our story is told, how our audience engages with us, and how our presence grows across channels.

• Develop and implement our overall marketing and communication strategy
• Own our brand messaging, storylines, and positioning across all touch points
• Create SEO-optimised content for our website, blog, and other digital channels
• Manage and continuously improve our website and digital presence
• Collaborate on the design and production of digital and print assets
• Partner with Sales to develop marketing materials and lead generation campaigns
• Plan and execute marketing projects from concept through delivery
• Organise and run events (e.g. client gatherings, conferences, internal activations)
• Track key marketing KPIs and adjust tactics based on performance insights
• Create customer references and develop compelling case studies

• Proven content creation and storytelling skills, with an eye for strong visual communication
• Experience planning and executing events
• Project management mindset with a track record of delivering on time
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and tools like CMS, CRM, Canva or Adobe Suite
• Proactive, hands-on approach and collaborative mindset
• Nice to have: Understanding of commercial real estate, workplace strategy, or B2B SaaS
