The Partner Solution Engineer role at Zoom is an exciting and rewarding position. The ideal Partner Solution Engineer is passionate about our vision and will work with our partners to demonstrate the value of the Zoom platform. This role will look after partners in the DACH region.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zooms global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Have experience in a partner-focused sales engineer role
• Have experience in the unified communications industry
• Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
• Be experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture and technology such as SIP and others
• Have knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, etc.
• Have experience with one or more UCaaS vendors, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Ringcentral
• Fluency in German
