As a trainer (all genders) you will have the exciting task of establishing a training infrastructure with a focus on our medical and commercial field staff, implementing training programs, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing various training programs, coordinating external trainers, and contributing to change management within the GTM transformation, ensuring that our teams acquire the necessary competencies and skills for their roles.

Your role:

• Establishing a training infrastructure
• Developing onboarding plans
• Selecting and onboarding external trainers
• Implementing training for new and existing employees
• Developing and conducting basic training, administrator training, soft skills, and communication training
• Continuous monitoring and integration of global training offerings
• Localizing relevant global/regional training programs
• Managing training and coordinating external trainers
• Providing individual training/coaching
• Moderating training and workshops
• Implementing strategic initiatives and projects
Change management within the GTM transformation

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree with a scientific or business focus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (especially sales, training, marketing)
• Scientific knowledge in our therapy areas
• Experience in working professionally with physicians
• Strong leadership qualities
• Convincing communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of German and English required
• Understanding of brand strategy is advantageous
• Project management experience is advantageous
Ideally, already holds a trainer qualification
