A multi-institution international education group is seeking a Chief Growth Officer for Deutschland to lead commercial growth across its domestic and online portfolio. This is a senior, board-advisory appointment reporting into the CEO of the Deutschland operation and the Group CCO, with accountability spanning three autonomous institutions operating in a complex, regulated market. The opportunity You’ll own two parallel growth tracks, domestic recruitment across multiple institutional brands, and the commercial build-out of a new online offer for the German market. You’ll shape portfolio strategy, pricing, partnerships and marketing ROI, while leading through influence across institutionally autonomous entities. What you’ll be doing

Driving product and portfolio strategy, working closely with group product and academic leadership Owning domestic recruitment strategy, partnerships, and pricing across multiple institutions Building a commercial online/distance learning presence from the ground up in the German market Leading multi-channel marketing strategy with clear ROI accountability Chairing a cross-institution commercial forum and acting as the senior Deutschland voice into group strategy

What you’ll bring

Significant senior leadership experience in a regulated, multi-stakeholder commercial environment, education, professional services, or similarly complex sectors A track record of P&L ownership and revenue/growth delivery at scale Experience building online or distance-model commercial presence in Deutschland or a comparable European market Strong stakeholder leadership, the ability to drive alignment across autonomous entities without formal authority Full professional fluency in German and English
