Then the Position of Business Development Executive – or as we call it at MD7: Site Acquisition Consultant – could be just right for you!As a Site Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental Standorts for mobile antenna sites across Deutschland on behalf of our clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna Standorts and identification of potential landlordsNew Acquisition: Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from the initial contact to contract signingNegotiations: Confidently negotiating and signing lease agreementsData Management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrackSite visits: Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessaryProfileExcellent written and spoken communication skills in German (at least C1)Basic English language skillsAbility to communicate in a solution-oriented mannerExceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skillsHigh self-motivation and ability to work independentlyStrong negotiation skills are an advantageWe understand that you might not meet all the requirements.
