Job Standort: Estonia, Tallin

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales and manage key accounts, including forecasting, customer engagement, and negotiation, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities within Estonia commercial and industrial energy solutions market. This is a B2B role where the majority of customers will be EPC companies.

  • Lead and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive tailored energy solutions, products, and support that meet their commercial and industrial needs.

  • Responsibility for achieving target fulfillment, including reporting and forecasting. Support strategic planning and target setting together with the manager of the business.

  • Attend industry events and forums to enhance market presence and brand awareness.

  • Promote and sell Huawei products across both residential and C&I energy systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; technical background is a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical product sales; background and knowledge in PV solutions and industry requirements is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to effectively engage with clients; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities.

  • Fluency in Estonian and English is a must.
