• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for air and ocean freight services
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across various industries
• Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, pricing, and global account teams, to deliver integrated logistics solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador

• Several years of proven experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development, ideally in a regional or national role
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Deep understanding of the logistics landscape in Germany, including key trade lanes and customer needs
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
