Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our business, ensuring sustainable growth and delivering value for our stakeholders.

This is a senior leadership Position where you’ll manage more than just the numbers - you’ll influence decisions, foster innovation and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive operational and financial excellence.

Your role 

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the Unternehmen’s growth objectives and market Positioning.
• Performance Management: Monitor financial performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial reports to the CEO, Board, as well as local and global leadership teams to guide decision-making.
• Risk Management, Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and managing risks as well as managing tax and audit requirements
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

This is you

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or a related sector.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving business environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in financial planning, reporting and data-driven decision-making. While you don't have to be a CPA/CA, we will test your accounting knowledge thoroughly.
• Leadership & Influence: A track record of successfully leading teams, driving change, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG, manufacturing or food production industries is highly desirable.
