We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated LiveOps Manager - Social Media & CRM to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our acclaimed free-to-play games, Goodgame Empire and Empire: Four Kingdoms.
You will play a crucial role in supporting live operations with dedicated CRM initiatives and work closely with the Product, CRM, Game Design, Data Analytics, and Controlling teams to optimise our monetization strategies and drive growth. By combining data-centric monetization strategies with creative social media management and email marketing, you will ensure our players are engaged, informed, and excited about every update.
Your responsibilities will include planning and executing of tailored CRM campaigns, social media management, reporting on performances and specific initiatives, and deriving required actions to continuously enhance the experience of our classic MMO games.
YOUR MISSION
Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive player engagement and support monetization goals.
Coordinate with the wider Product team to translate in-game events and promotions into engaging social storytelling across platforms like Discord, Instagram and Facebook.
Develop channel-appropriate copy and creative briefs that align with the brand voice, ensuring a seamless experience from a social post to an in-game purchase.
Support in the planning and scheduling of LiveOps measures, ensuring that the "what" (the offer or event) matches the "how" (the communication).
Monitor performance metrics and community sentiment to refine communication strategies and identify emerging trends.
Work closely with the Product and Data Analytics teams to ensure monetization efforts and CRM campaigns feel like a natural part of the player journey.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong interest in games, especially free-to-play titles, live events and online communities.
Confident written and spoken English and a feel for tone of voice (humorous, clear, community-friendly).
Organized, reliable, and proactive - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and short-form formats.
Comfortable working with basic analytics and reporting (e.g. platform insights, Excel/Google Sheets).
Additional skills to impress us:
Familiarity with LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and player behaviour.
Familiarity with Goodgame Empire and Empire Four Kingdoms products.
Basic Canva & HTML5 skills.
Comfortable taking calculated risks, learning and sharing the lessons learned.
