Summary of Role
You will be part of the advanced technology development team turning state of the art research into innovative volume production ready technology features. Our technology development team is embedded in the GlobalFoundries' state-of-the-art 300 mm wafer fab (Fab1) in Dresden, Deutschland. The Technology Development Process Integrator is the interface between research and production with the technology ownership for the development of feature-rich process solutions that provide leadership performance for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Physical and electrical characterization of advanced semiconductor features.
- Design and analysis of experiments to improve specific performance parameter.
- Coordinate technology development tasks in a volume production infrastructure.
