Your Main Responsibilities Take ownership of the procurement of items for propulsion-engineering teams Ensure on time delivery through active supplier communication Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead times, maintain and continuously update the central order database Identify delivery risks early and proactively escalate delays to internal stakeholders Establish a structured reminder and follow‑up system (manual or automated) to avoid missed or late deliveries Your Qualification Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsengineur*in), Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field Prior coursework or basic understanding of procurement, operations, or logistics. Ability to take responsibility for defined procurement topics and follow them through end‑to‑end. High level of reliability when handling recurring, time‑critical tasks. Confident communicating with suppliers via email and phone in German (C1) and English (C1). Willingness to proactively initiate improvement to the purchasing process.
