  • Unternehmen‑issued equipment + remote access
  • Formal, hands‑on training
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Owning and growing the Shell relationship in Western Europe, serving as the go‑to leader for all commercial and operational topics.

  • Coordinating joint initiatives and presenting quarterly business reviews with Shell and other key stakeholders.
  • Translating partner strategy into tangible commercial results, including revenue growth, volume uplift, and retention targets.
  • Supporting broader strategic partnerships across the Europe Fleet business and participating in cross‑functional projects (product expansion, new market entry, commercial renegotiations).
  • Leading with data – tracking KPIs, surfacing insights, and supporting continuous improvement across the partner lifecycle.

  • Strong commercial mindset with good financial understanding (P&L awareness, commercial modeling, forecasting)
  • Experience working in matrixed, fast‑paced environments – agile, autonomous, and precise in execution
  • High ownership mentality and collaborative spirit – a natural bridge‑builder and problem‑solver
Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive base salary and bonus potential
  • Annual Leave: 28 days
  • Well‑being allowance
