Product Manager

For Fidia offices in Germany, we are recruiting a

Product Manager.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and present marketing materials, and coach the sales force during Cycle Meetings.
• Implement local and global strategies as well as collaborate with the Headquarter to create comprehensive marketing plans.
• Manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Conduct demand and sales planning, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage and collaborate with partners to enhance marketing efforts.
• Perform market observation and competitor analysis.
• Organize global and local events to promote Fidias products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
