Position: Internal Sales Representative - Automotive Stellenbeschreibung: Arrow Components is part of Arrow Electronics, a global Fortune 500 Unternehmen with over 22,000 employees worldwide. We distribute, customize, and deliver electronic components to customers across the globe. Our Automotive Inside Sales team is the primary point of contact for major global automotive customers. We own the internal processes end-to-end - from order management and logistics to forecast handling and continuous process optimization - while working closely with Account Managers, FAEs, and cross-functional teams including Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and more. Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key global Automotive customers, owning full process - order management, logistics coordination, and forecast execution
Drive continuous improvements across lead times, data quality, escalation handling, and issue resolution; ensure full traceability through accurate documentation and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, Credit) and manage supplier interactions to secure supply and ensure compliant, on-time execution
Work effectively across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures; travel to customer sites as needed to resolve issues and strengthen relationships
Execute management directives consistently and deliver agreed revenue and gross profit targets; monitor margins and take corrective action when needed
Your Profile:
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, ideally in the Automotive or electronics distribution industry
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain dynamics
High level of customer orientation, ownership, and accountability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced business scenarios
Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and performance transparency
Completed commercial or technical training/degree
Good MS Office skills
Fluent in English; German and
