About the Role

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing modern, scalable web applications that align with business goals and technical best practices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — including designers, product managers, and backend developers — to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about innovation and clean code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in web development.
• Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and team stand-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experiencein web development or a similar role.
• Proficiency inHTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern framework(React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience withRESTful APIs, version control (Git), and responsive designprinciples.
• Familiarity withNode.js, Python, or PHPfor back-end integration is an advantage.
• Understanding ofSEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency inEnglish; additional languages are a plus.
